• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before initiation of the shipping process. The cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• As the products we provide are quality checked before dispatch we do not expect any quality issues. However, if anything goes wrong, the customer can bring up a concern or complaint. We will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any complaint about the product quality should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Products once delivered will not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect in the goods delivered.
